I was born and raised in the Bay Area, and received my Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. After receiving my DPT, I pursued further training and obtained my certification as a Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist (COMT) where I gained skills in joint mobilization and soft tissue techniques to reduce pain and improve participation with physical activity.

My treatment style is mainly focused on an active approach to care. I emphasize active recovery by improving overall strength and conditioning and by providing patient education to allow individuals to return to a more active lifestyle. From working in diverse settings such as sports clinics and home health agencies, I became experienced with a broad range of health conditions from musculoskeletal conditions to more acute neuromuscular conditions. I have experience working with patients of all ages, from children to older clients. My specialty lies in addressing acute and chronic low back pain, shoulder injuries, and knee injuries, with a focus on ACL rehabilitation.

In my practice, I excel in guiding newcomers to fitness and offer expert guidance on form, technique, and programming. I specialize in working one-on-one with clients dealing with pain and educate them on exercise modification to help improve an understanding of tissue capacity and provide appropriate programming to facilitate healing and to help them return to activities that they love. I also develop tailored injury prevention programs for athletes, ensuring peak performance throughout their seasons.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I co-founded a flag football company with my family over a decade ago, allowing me to work closely with youth athletes, emphasizing fitness, wellness, injury prevention, skills training and strength and conditioning.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball, pickleball, and other team sports, as well as weightlifting.
