I offer personalized 1:1 physical therapy and strength & conditioning sessions at Redwood LIFE, operating on a cash basis for your convenience. Whether you're embarking on your fitness journey and seeking guidance with form and programming from an exercise specialist, or managing specific musculoskeletal or neuromuscular conditions while aiming to enhance overall fitness, I'm dedicated to providing tailored support every step of the way. For those managing more acute injuries or post-operative conditions requiring more traditional physical therapy services  and are wanting to work through insurance, I collaborate with LUNA Physical Therapy to conduct sessions in the comfort of your home.   • At the Redwood LIFE gym, I offer personalized 1:1 physical therapy services, each session lasting 60 minutes. Your initial visit will encompass a comprehensive patient interview, evaluation, educational component, and the establishment of a tailored home exercise program. Subsequent sessions will concentrate on treatment and may incorporate any of the services outlined on our homepage. Payment for these services at Redwood LIFE is accepted on a cash basis.

  • At Redwood LIFE gym, I offer personalized 1:1 personal training services, ideal for individuals navigating musculoskeletal conditions that benefit from expert guidance in exercise modification and the development of a tailored strength program. Each session is 60 minutes. Payment for these services at Redwood LIFE is accepted on a cash basis.

  • Physical Therapy services delivered directly to your home. Ideal for individuals navigating acute musculoskeletal injuries or post-operative conditions. This option offers a traditional physical therapy model to aid in pain management strategies and progressive strengthening. Administered by myself through LUNA Physical Therapy. Each session lasts 45 minutes and encompasses joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic exercises.
