I offer personalized 1:1 physical therapy services either in the comfort of your home or outdoors at a local park, with session durations ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your payment preference. 1:1 strength and conditioning sessions are exclusively cash payments and last for 1 hour. Additionally, group youth conditioning, injury prevention, and skills training classes will soon be introduced.
